Welcome to the wesbite for Copeland Photographic Society
Welcome to the Copeland Photographic Society website. This is the society's virtual presence in the World, you will find information about us, examples of our photography and interests. We are a small, but growing, society with over 25 members who meet on Monday evenings at the
Sneakyeat Community Hall just outside of Whitehaven (please see the programme page with its details on forthcoming talks and competitions).
Our aim is to provide opportunity for anyone interested in photography to share their experience and to learn from the experiences of others - both from fellow members of the society and from the speakers we arrange during
the year.
As there are no 'rights and wrongs' concerning the pictures (images) produced, we have lively debate about our photographic work and, most importantly, constructive criticism to help us produce better pictures.
So, if you are interested in photography and live in our part of the World, why not come and join in? If you are more remote, well please look
over our website and see what you're missing!
